Picking up from Legal Marketing Tips to Grow Your Practice (Part 1), here are some additional tips regarding what partners and staff at law firms can do to effectively market and ultimately grow their practice. While Part 1 of this blog focused on the in-person tactics that can be used to effectively market a law firm and reach out to a broader base of potential new clients, here in Part 2, we will focus on some of the online legal marketing strategies that can also be effective to this end.

  • Having an active, engaging social media presence: Along with your website, another way that potential clients may find out about or try to connect with your law firm is through social media – like Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc. With such social media accounts, it’s crucial that you (or your staff) are regularly posting engaging information to keep your followers interested. The best posts will be conversational, related to your area of law and will incite followers to comment or “like” the post.
